Orodreth the Bandit Lord

This is the basic design for him, I still have to tweak some details, but his story is that he was a bandit lord of Eastmarch that got defeated and usurped by a younger rival, so now he spends his exil-- er, forced retirement in a draugr crypt, snatching offerings at the entrance and basically waiting to die but too stubborn to let it happen. He's waiting for his chance to get back at the punk who bested him and return to his former glory.
